Arrive at Paro International Airport and meet your guide.
Settle into your hotel and take a gentle orientation walk through Paro town, visiting the traditional market street, Rinpung Dzong exterior view, and the historic wooden bridge.
Enjoy a welcome dinner and prepare for the festival the next day.

Start the day with a scenic hike to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the sacred cliffside temple.
In the afternoon, visit prominent sites such as:

• Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples
• Traditional farmhouse for tea tasting
  Relax in the evening or explore Paro town on your own.

Travel to the capital city, Thimphu (1 hour). Explore its unique blend of tradition and modern Bhutanese lifestyle.
Key highlights include:

• Buddha Dordenma — giant golden Buddha overlooking the valley
• Memorial Chorten — spiritual hub of local devotees
• National Textile Museum — insights into Bhutan’s weaving heritage
• Tashichho Dzong (outside visit) — seat of the government and monastic body
  Evening free to explore cafés, craft shops, or local markets.

Return to Paro for the night or stay in Thimphu (based on preference).
